As far as I know, the ingredients in 3C are: sodium citrate (supplementing with 3C is not recommended and is a recipe for disaster), sodium chloride (tantalizing, but may have a negative effect on muscle tissue) and potassium citrate (supplementing with 3C does not seem to have any effect or increase at all), best cutting supplements.
In my opinion, this makes 3C something of an inferior powder in regards to amino acid value, but there are other protein products I've used that are far better.

I've actually never seen a study that supports this claim, and I can't recall any evidence that they've published that supports this product's claims, lean cutting supplements.
This seems like an interesting claim, unless you're an obsessive compulsive who thinks you'll gain the dreaded 5 extra pounds of lean body mass with it. Unfortunately, this product has proven to be a disappointment.
